Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Nexus platform (“the platform”) by the operator, venue owners, their staff, and guests who use the booking widget or access links.
1. The service
Nexus provides software for bookings, payments (via Stripe), calendars, and smart locks. Stay rules, prices, and cancellation policies are always set by each venue, not by the platform.
2. Accounts and venues
You are responsible for accurate information, login security, and who can access your dashboard. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. Platform fees and Nexus Pro subscription follow the pricing shown at signup or in settings. Booking revenue belongs to the venue per Stripe Connect setup.
4. Guests and access
Guests may receive access links, PINs, or digital keys. The venue is responsible for granting access only to authorized people at the right time. The platform is not liable for physical security of the premises.
5. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, third-party outages (Google, TTLock, Stripe), or damage from misconfiguration by a venue.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
